We are seeking a highly skilled Material Handler 3 to join our team at M.C. Dean, Inc. This role is responsible for receiving, storing, and issuing materials, equipment, and other items from the warehouse and from suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receiving and verifying stock items, and maintaining accurate records
  • Investigating inventory discrepancies and reconciling errors
  • Packing and unpacking items to be stocked on shelves in material storage areas
  • Marking stock items using identification tags, stamps, and electronic marking tools
  • Cleaning and maintaining supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas
  • Determining proper storage methods based on stock location, turnover, environmental factors, and physical capabilities of the facility
  • Examining and inspecting stock items for wear or defects, and reporting any damage to supervisors
  • Maintaining documented records of stock usage and handling equipment
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience with a High School Diploma or 1+ years with an Associate's Degree and proficiency with electrical design build industry materials and equipment
  • Intermediate level MS Excel and Outlook skills
  • Excellent reporting and tracking skills, with a consistent record of accuracy, high productivity, and professional work ethic
  • Ability to manage critical tasks individually, such as controlling consignment programs, tool management, and loading and unloading zones

  • Walks, climbs, lifts, squats, crawls, kneels, pushes, pulls, and reaches overhead on a routine and repetitive basis
