Job Title: Corporate Sales Manager

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our sales initiatives and drive business growth at Edge Auto Inc.

About the Role:

The Corporate Sales Manager will be responsible for expanding our client base, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and delivering innovative sales strategies that fuel our company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales and business development strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Lead, train, and mentor a sales team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and optimize our CRM platform to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Collaborate with Operations to customize CRM tools that align with sales objectives.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track performance and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Analyze performance metrics and suggest actionable improvements to drive sales growth.
  • Negotiate and close deals with large customers to expand our client base.
  • Prepare detailed sales forecasts and reports to inform business decisions.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Partner with Studio and Corporate division heads to develop customer retention strategies and improve customer loyalty.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships with potential clients and stay up-to-date on industry trends.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in a B2B setting.
  • Proven success in sales management and business development, with a track record of driving revenue growth.
  • A natural leader with strong team-building and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
  • Experience in building and training a sales team from scratch, with a focus on developing sales skills and knowledge.
  • Proficient in CRM platforms and comfortable with data management, with the ability to analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
  • A strategic thinker with excellent negotiation abilities, with a focus on driving sales growth and revenue expansion.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with a focus on staying ahead of the competition and driving business growth.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year (plus commission)
