Position Summary

We are seeking a Senior Cloud Infrastructure Operations Specialist responsible for managing production environments, including systems and databases, that support essential business functions.


Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Install, monitor, maintain, support, and optimize OCI Cloud Infrastructure.
  • Provide advanced technical support for intricate technical issues, which may involve leading problem management initiatives and offering management updates.
  • Coordinate escalated support cases and guide relevant internal technical teams and/or third-party vendors to resolution.
  • Oversee Oracle production environments; assist with server operating system and application upgrades, bug fixes, and patching; and engage in standardization projects for both hardware and software within the Oracle technology ecosystem while ensuring consistent system uptime in a cloud setting.
  • Provide on-call support on a rotating schedule.
