  • Cloud Infrastructure Management: Manage and monitor all installed systems, containers, and infrastructure to ensure high levels of availability and performance.
  • Proactive Maintenance: Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability by monitoring and testing application performance for potential bottlenecks and remediation.
  • Security and Compliance: Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies to protect our cloud infrastructure and data.
  • Infrastructure as Code: Champion infrastructure as code with Terraform, Bash, and Python to ensure consistency and efficiency in our cloud infrastructure.
  • Observability and Alerting: Build and maintain observability and alerting systems to provide real-time insights into our cloud infrastructure and applications.
  • CI/CD Pipeline Management: Lead the design and implementation of CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions to ensure seamless deployment and testing of our applications.
  • On-Call Support: Provide on-call support for production systems to ensure prompt resolution of issues and minimize downtime.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience with Linux containers in low-downtime production environments.
  • 3+ years of experience running production workloads in AWS.
  • 3+ years of experience with scripting in Bash and/or Python.
  • 2+ years of experience using GitHub Actions to support CI/CD pipelines.
  • 2+ years of experience managing multiple environments with Terraform.
  • Must be a U.S. person (U.S. citizen or green card holder).

Education and Physical Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in computer engineering/computer science or a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder).

Work Environment:

APiJET, LLC is a hybrid work environment, with a mix of remote and in-office work. This position requires a 30-mile radius of Seattle, Washington.
