Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Substance Use Disorder Specialist to join our team at Fraser. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will provide essential services to adolescents and adults struggling with substance use disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual and group counseling, education, and treatment coordination to clients with substance use disorders.
  • Collaborate with other clinical staff to provide comprehensive care and support to clients.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.
  • Conduct clinical assessments, client orientations, and discharge planning to ensure seamless care.
  • Provide weekly individual counseling and case management services to assigned clients.
  • Correspond with referral sources and other professionals to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Participate in marketing and networking initiatives to promote our services and build relationships with community partners.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a human services field, such as social work, nursing, or psychology.
  • Current LADC licensure or ADC-T through the Minnesota Board of Behavioral Health and Therapy.
  • At least 6 months of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Ability to pass a Department of Human Services background check.
