Job Summary

Centerstone is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Assistant Manager, Substance Use Disorder. This position will provide administrative and clinical support to the Centerstone Recovery Transitional (CRT) houses located in Bloomington, Columbus, Scottsburg, and Richmond, IN.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise CRT Care Coordinators and provide joint oversight of Program Coordinators.
  • Support clinical oversight for Recovery Housing Programs, including attending team supervisions, providing training for staff, and assessing delivery of care to maintain high standards of on-site practice.
  • Oversee collaboration with healthcare, behavioral healthcare, criminal justice system, and other service providers referring clients and for assessment, treatment, and discharge planning, including state-operated facilities.
  • Monitor budget, including expenses, team performance, and authorization process.
  • Support Manager in staff management, including recruiting, training, and corrective action process.
  • Ensure supervised programs meet productivity standards, clinical documentation is completed in a timely fashion, and on-call responsibilities for CRTs are fulfilled.

Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree in a social services field. Education/experience equivalency accepted upon approval.

Minimum of five years' experience working with individuals with substance use disorders, with a minimum of two years working in a substance use disorder residential or recovery house setting.
