We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist to join our team-based, transdisciplinary model providing evaluations and ongoing services to young children and families. The position would include a combination of consultation and direct service, with services provided in clinics, client's homes, and community settings within the Phoenix metropolitan area. Telehealth is also a service option for those living in rural areas.

Job Description:
  • Conduct screening and assessment activities with children on designated caseload.
  • Integrate information gathered from a variety of sources for a holistic view of a child and their needs.
  • Plan and provide speech therapy services that are family-centered and reflect developmentally appropriate practice and demonstrate cultural/linguistic sensitivity.
  • Use a team-based approach to work collaboratively with parents and other team members when planning and designing individualized goals and objectives for a child's Individualized Service Plan.
  • Completes paperwork required by Local Educational Agencies, Head Start or the Division of Developmental Disabilities accurately and in accordance with specified regulations.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year depending on experience.
