The Young Mind Community Center is seeking an experienced and skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. As a pediatric SLP, you will have the opportunity to work with young children with autism and make a meaningful impact on their lives.

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.

About Us: The Young Mind Community Center was founded in 2011 with the goal of providing innovative and effective early autism intervention services. Our transdisciplinary team includes BCBAs, psychologists, occupational therapists, preschool teachers, RBTs, and families, all working together to provide exceptional care and support for our clients.

Job Description: As a pediatric SLP, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive evaluations and assessments related to communication and feeding disorders. You will also design and implement individualized treatment plans, using evidence-based interventions and techniques. Your role will involve collaborating with other professionals on our team, as well as communicating regularly with families to keep them informed about their child's progress.

Requirements: To be considered for this position, you must have a Master's degree in Speech and Communication Disorders, be licensed as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Arizona, and hold a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology from ASHA. You should also have at least two years of experience working with young children with autism.
