Compensation Package
We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 annually, reflecting our commitment to attracting top talent in the field. This package also includes an annual performance evaluation and raise, year-end bonuses, 15 paid holidays, and 15 additional paid days off.

Job Summary
We seek an experienced pediatric speech therapist to join our team, working closely with young children aged 18 months to 6 years. As a key member of our transdisciplinary team, you will design and implement individualized treatment plans, assess progress, and collaborate with families to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations related to areas including articulation, fluency, voice, expressive, receptive, and pragmatic language, and feeding.
  • Design evidence-based treatment plans and propose educational materials to minimize the adverse impact of communication and feeding disorders.
  • Collaborate as lead on subjects related to communicative disorders, use of assistive devices, and implementing prescribed treatment plans.
  • Foster strong family partnerships through clear communication, accurate information, professionalism, and regular updates.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have a Master's degree in Speech and Communication Disorders, be licensed as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Arizona, hold a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology from ASHA, and possess an AZ IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card. Experience working with children aged 18 months to 6 years is essential.
