Community Engagement Coordinator

Key Responsibilities of the Community Engagement Coordinator:
- Assist in the design, execution, and marketing of activities aimed at improving the quality of life for all residents.
- Ensure safe transportation of residents using community vehicles according to established schedules.
- Lead engagement initiatives that promote an active lifestyle; exemplify effective resident interaction.
- Develop personalized engagement opportunities for residents based on their interests, experiences, and documented preferences.
- Organize outings, special events, and collaborations with local organizations to enhance the overall engagement experience for residents.
- Carry out additional tasks as directed by the Executive Director, Engagement Director, or Memory Care Director.
- Ability to deliver respectful, meaningful, and tailored programming that addresses the needs of residents, families, and team members.
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with individuals experiencing Alzheimer's disease or related dementia, promoting their well-being and quality of life.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Possession of a valid driver's license.
