* Participate in the development and delivery of employee training and development programs

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Rising senior pursuing a degree in Human Resource Management or related field preferred
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
