El Equipo

Formamos parte de un equipo recientemente creado y en expansión en Fidelity, dedicado a la gestión de una gama de productos de Inversiones Alternativas que han sido desarrollados y lanzados por la empresa. Este nuevo ámbito representa una clase de activos que Fidelity no había explorado previamente con sus fondos actuales (ETFs, Fondos Mutuos). Buscamos un Analista de Negocios que supervise las operaciones diarias de varios fondos de inversión alternativa. En este rol, serás responsable de impulsar el lanzamiento de fondos, establecer y mantener relaciones con contrapartes internas y externas, trabajar con asociados para asegurar que se implementen los procedimientos y procesos adecuados, así como centrarte en encontrar formas de mejorar la eficiencia en los procesos existentes.

La Experiencia que Aportas
  • Título universitario o equivalente
  • Experiencia en inversiones alternativas es altamente preferida
  • Más de 5 años de experiencia en un rol de Operaciones, Análisis de Negocios y/o Análisis de Datos
  • Experiencia con eventos de fondos de inversión alternativa, como Llamadas de Capital, Ofertas, Distribuciones
  • Comprensión clara de las funciones de middle office/back office en gestión de activos
  • Experiencia utilizando aplicaciones de SS&C, así como interactuando con empresas Fintech, como iCapital, CAIS, Subscribe
  • Se pueden requerir horas extendidas durante lanzamientos de fondos, así como en ciclos de alta demanda (fin de mes, fin de año, temporada de impuestos, etc.)
