  • Conducting formal and informal reviews at pre-determined points
  • Providing daily supervision and direction to support staff

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in STEM
  • At least 8 years of experience in the field or related area
  • Familiarity with field concepts, practices, and procedures

Salary & Benefits: We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide comprehensive benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
