Quality Assurance Specialist

At Next Generation Logistics, we are seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Manager to oversee our Contractor's Quality Control system. The successful candidate will ensure all project activities align with contract specifications and plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the Contractor's CQC system.
- Ensure compliance with all project plans, specifications, and USACE standards.
- Manage and update the Contractor's RMS system.
- Deliver all required documentation and reports as per the contract.
- Upload 4267 Reports (Leverman's Log) into RMS.
- Maintain strong communication with USACE representatives.
- Participate in safety and environmental initiatives.
- Perform other related duties assigned by the Project Manager.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in dredging and 3 years in quality control (QC).
- Current USACE CQM, OSHA 30, and First Aid/CPR is required.
- Strong understanding of dredging processes and key equipment.
- Willingness to work in remote project locations.
- Ability to obtain a Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC).
- Excellent communication skills.
