Key Responsibilities
  • Supplier Engagement: Cultivate and sustain productive relationships with principal suppliers, and actively participate in resolving any disputes to preserve harmonious supplier partnerships.
  • Procurement Strategies: Develop and implement innovative procurement strategies aimed at minimizing inventory levels and work-in-progress (WIP).
  • Operational Efficiency: Drive initiatives for continuous enhancement to secure the most economical procurement costs.
  • Inventory Management: Address the disposal of outdated inventory and scrap in an efficient and cost-effective approach.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with suppliers and team members to swiftly address and rectify any issues affecting the schedule.
  • Process Improvement: Seek out and suggest opportunities for enhancing operational efficiency, prioritizing process improvement initiatives.
  • Data Analysis: Aid in process enhancement programs by supplying relevant metrics and analyses.
  • Reporting: Compile and analyze data to generate comprehensive reports on operational performance, highlighting key trends.
  • Planning and Scheduling: Oversee the planning and scheduling processes to guarantee timely project completion.
  • Process Development: Assist in the establishment of new production controls designed to streamline inventory and WIP.
