Job Title: Learning and Development Business Partner

Grange Insurance Association is seeking a skilled Learning and Development Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in designing and delivering training programs that drive business results and support the growth of our employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with HR, Leaders, and Stakeholders to develop a comprehensive learning strategy that aligns with business objectives.
  • Design and deliver engaging training sessions that equip learners with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Develop and implement technical training programs for Claims, Operations, and Underwriting departments.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create skills-based training content that addresses business needs.
  • Utilize a range of delivery methods, including virtual, in-person, and asynchronous training, to reach diverse learner populations.
  • Track and evaluate training programs to ensure effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in Learning and Development, with a focus on adult learning principles.
  • Experience in Claims or Underwriting is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record in instructional design and content creation.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Training and Development, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Strong research, planning, and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Prior experience in Property and Casualty Insurance is a plus.
