Customer Experience Liaison

About the Role:
As a Customer Experience Specialist at Percepta, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients in the automotive industry. This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, responding to emails and chats, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide an exceptional customer experience with a focus on building relationships and trust
- Act as a resource of all product knowledge and service support
- Schedule activities as required for special events
- Actively listen to customers while controlling interactions to lead them in a professional and efficient manner
- Be responsible for handling inbound customer calls regarding sales and service in a helpful, courteous, and professional manner
- Exhibit strong follow-up and organizational skills in both verbal and written communication
- Be responsible for resolving customer issues using all available resources
What You'll Bring to the Role:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a high school diploma or equivalent, a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. You will also need to be able to type at a minimum speed of 30 words per minute.
Salary and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this role is $18.34 per hour, which translates to approximately $38,200 per year based on a 40-hour workweek. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, flexible spending accounts, and a 401(k) plan with company match.
