About this Role:

MiniLuxe is seeking Studio Directors who are dedicated to their craft and committed to delivering exceptional nail care services. This individual will be a passionate cultural leader who enhances the client experience, fosters team development, and ensures adherence to cleanliness standards and consistent operational excellence. The Studio Director will be responsible for achieving annual revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a brand ambassador for MiniLuxe
  • Ensure compliance with Clean Lab standards consistently
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming client and studio environment daily
  • Keep the studio in prime condition through regular collaboration with RSM and HQ
  • Guide the studio team in sharing our 'Clean' narrative with every new client
  • Foster a People First team and studio culture
  • Deliver a consistent brand experience for every client
  • Uphold MiniLuxe's hygiene and cleanliness standards
  • Adhere to MiniLuxe protocols and service guidelines
  • Achieve Annual Revenue Goals
    1. Analyze P&L opportunities and adjust strategies to meet objectives
    2. Evaluate Vital Signs and communicate business needs effectively
  • Engage with the Local Community
    1. Identify and participate in community initiatives
    2. Recognize relevant industry trends
  • Talent Development
    1. Recruit, hire, and train talent

    3. Demonstrate accountability in developing proactive hiring strategies

Who You Are:

  • Requires 2+ years of experience and a valid state-issued license. May necessitate working in multiple MiniLuxe studios and/or at off-site events.
  • Organized and disciplined in meeting deadlines within an entrepreneurial setting
  • Self-motivated with a positive, energetic demeanor; capable of thinking creatively while enjoying the process
  • Strong communication abilities
  • Possess a strong desire to exceed expectations
  • Detail-oriented with self-motivation skills
  • Communicate ideas clearly and concisely, both in writing and verbally
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
