We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Director to join our team at Midland Country Club in Midland, TX.

Job Summary

The Facilities Director will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our building maintenance and housekeeping/laundry teams. This is a full-time on-site role that requires strong leadership and organizational skills, as well as knowledge of building systems and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Building Maintenance team and Housekeeping/Laundry teams to maintain the quality of all Club facilities
  • Direct service calls, repairs, alterations, and installations according to developed or pre-set guidelines
  • Troubleshoot malfunctions and respond to service calls
  • Oversee budget management and resource allocation
  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements

  • Previous experience in facilities management or a related field
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of building systems and maintenance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Experience with budget management and resource allocation
  • Understanding of safety and regulatory requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Certifications in facility management are a plus
