Key Responsibilities:
  • Arrive punctually in a clean, pressed uniform with a positive attitude.
  • Provide guests with all necessary information or direct them to the appropriate staff member.
  • Maintain a tidy workspace and café area.
  • Sanitize workstations and equipment regularly.
  • Keep grab-and-go supplies well-stocked.
  • Possess knowledge of the menu and beverage offerings.
  • Process payments accurately and organize checks.
  • Maintain composure during busy periods.
  • Assist with the coffee station as needed.
  • Clear and clean tables when required.
  • Ensure accuracy and quality of orders.
  • Follow directions and recipes precisely, measuring ingredients accurately.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in a high-volume dining environment preferred.
  • Previous barista experience is a plus.
  • Basic math skills and ability to handle cash accurately.
  • Proficient in English with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and positively.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Manual dexterity is essential.
  • Must be able to navigate the café and outdoor seating areas, standing or sitting for extended periods, and perform physical tasks as needed.
  • Subject to varying temperatures, noise levels, and wet surfaces.
  • Ability to work flexible hours in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adhere to appearance, hygiene, and uniform standards.
  • Comply with all company rules and regulations.
