Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and Craft Beverages: Prepare and craft a variety of refreshing beverages for our guests, including coffee drinks, fresh juices, and other specialty beverages.
  • Provide Exceptional Service: Greet and serve guests in a warm, approachable, and hospitable manner, ensuring that every interaction is a positive one.
  • Manage Cash and Credit Transactions: Manage cash and credit transactions accurately and with ease, maintaining a high level of integrity and attention to detail.
  • Operate Bar and Coffee Equipment: Operate standard bar, coffee, and juice equipment with ease, ensuring that all equipment is clean and well-maintained.
  • Upsell and Promote Products: Take pride and be passionate about your product, upselling when possible and promoting our menu items to guests.
  • Maintain Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitary work area, including tables, barista equipment, refrigerators, and other areas of the bar.
  • Unpack Deliveries and Stock Items: Unpack deliveries, stock items, and complete comprehensive inventory for juices, spices, and fresh ingredients.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1 year of experience in a similar or supportive role is preferred.
  • Certifications: Food Handler Certificate (if applicable).
  • Skills: Able to prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic environment, learn, retain, and present product, menu, and allergy information to guests.
  • Availability: Flexible schedule, able to work weekends and holidays when needed.
