Patient Care Coordinator

About the Role:
Prelude Fertility is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support in a fast-paced medical office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering Phones and Directing Calls: Respond to incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner, directing patients and inquiries to the appropriate staff member.
- Scheduling and Confirming Appointments: Schedule and confirm patient appointments, check-ups, and physician referrals in a timely and efficient manner.
- Managing Patient Information: Compile and record medical charts, reports, and correspondence, ensuring accurate and up-to-date patient information.
- Interviewing Patients: Interview patients to complete insurance and privacy forms, ensuring all necessary information is collected and processed.
- Performing Administrative Tasks: Perform other duties and special projects as assigned, including data entry, filing, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements:
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience: At least one year of administrative medical office experience required.
- Skills: Experience with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system strongly preferred; bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
