Administrative Services Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Audit and verify timekeeping records to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems (UKG or Paylocity experience preferred).
- Generate payroll reports and support audits as needed.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate data entry and reporting.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, accounting, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of experience in payroll processing, HR administration, or a related field.
Estimated Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000 per year.
