About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse II to join our team in the Emergency Department. As a Registered Nurse II, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with physicians to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care and develop individualized plans of care
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing or higher
  • At least 12 months of experience as a Registered Nurse in a healthcare environment
  • Texas RN license or temporary TX RN license with the ability to obtain permanent licensure within 90 days
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification
  • Other credentials and certifications as defined by the unit/service line
