Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Houston Methodist Cypress Hospital. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the hospital's mission of excellence in patient care, education, and research.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues to promote a positive and supportive work environment.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and advancements in nursing care.
- Contribute to the hospital's quality improvement initiatives and participate in peer review and evaluation processes.
- Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing or higher from an accredited nursing program.
- Twelve months of registered nurse experience in a healthcare environment.
- Texas RN license or temporary TX RN license, with permanent license obtained within 90 days. Compact license acceptable according to current Board of Nursing requirements.
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Other credentials and certifications as defined by unit/service line.
