Nurse Manager Correctional Health Services

NYC Health + Hospitals is a leading public health care system in the nation, with a network of 11 hospitals, trauma centers, and correctional health services. We are seeking an experienced Nurse Manager for our Correctional Health Services team.
As a Nurse Manager, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. You will lead a team of nurses and healthcare professionals to provide medical, nursing, mental health, substance use treatment, social work, dental, and vision care to patients in pre-arraignment through compassionate release.
About the Role:
- Oversight of patient care delivery, ensuring adherence to established policies, procedures, and standards of care.
- Leadership and management of a team of nurses and healthcare professionals.
- Collaboration with physicians and other stakeholders to ensure seamless patient care.
- Development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field.
- Current registration as a Registered Professional Nurse in New York State.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
