Job Description

**Program Manager**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to join our team at Russ Hadick & Associates. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams and overseeing the execution of complex programs from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Program Planning: Develop and implement program plans, including establishing program guidelines, developing program tracking metrics, and administering contracts.
  • Program Execution & Tracking: Motivate and inspire team members to deliver high-quality work, realize collaboration and cooperation among team members and stakeholders, and manage program risks to ensure adherence to cost, schedule, and technical performance requirements.
  • Customer-Facing: Develop constructive and positive customer relationships, act as primary point of contact for select existing and new customers, and anticipate and fulfill customer needs to ensure satisfaction and continued business.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration, preferably Electrical Engineering, from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Equivalent 5 years of program management or project management experience, with a plus if in military, aerospace, medical, or other similar high-reliability programs.
  • Skills: Ability to lead in a high-performance cross-functional team environment, make critical decisions that affect the success of the company, and seek challenges and generate new ideas for improving current processes.
