Job Description: We're seeking an Entry Level Account Executive to join our team. If you have a strong work ethic and a customer-centric mindset, we encourage you to apply. On-the-job training and professional development resources will be provided to support your growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with our Clients by providing exceptional service and delivering results-driven solutions.
  • Sales Growth: Identify new opportunities and consistently meet or exceed sales targets within your assigned territory.
  • Safety Management: Ensure compliance with safety protocols by conducting regular safety walkouts with Field Employees.
  • Client Satisfaction: Proactively address client concerns, ensuring timely resolutions and continuous improvement.
  • Team Collaboration: Contribute to a positive team dynamic by sharing knowledge, best practices, and ideas with colleagues.

Requirements: A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are necessary for this role.

Compensation Package: Includes an annual salary with uncapped commission, monthly auto reimbursement, company matched 401(k), paid vacation, paid sick time, paid holidays, medical, dental, vision, short term disability, and voluntary supplemental life insurance. The estimated annual salary for this position is $95,000, plus commissions.
