Grants Management Professional

Booth Management Consulting, LLC is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Grants Management Professional.
This role offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience in grant writing and government contracting. You will work alongside experienced professionals, contributing to various stages of the grant development process.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and gather information relevant to specific grant programs.
- Assist with drafting and editing grant agreements, sending letters, and other correspondence.
- Learn program guidelines and deadline processes.
- Check application documents, update trackers, and communication logs in RedBooth.
- Research and create a review checklist for assessments.
- Download information in Jotform and upload to Teams.
- Set up folders for each project and quarterly reports.
- Participate in research meetings and client calls.
- Learn about the nuances of government and federal funding programs.
- Assist with other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program with a focus on public policy, business, writing, or a related field.
- Strong research and writing skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with excellent time management skills.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with basic data analysis tools.
- Familiarity or interest in government and federal grant processes a plus.
