  • Maintain compliance with laws, rules, and regulations, and adhere to company policy, considering risk appropriately in business decisions to safeguard the firm's reputation, assets, and clients.

Requirements:

  • Active State Life and Health License is a must.
  • Possession of a Series 65 or 66 (or willingness to take and pass the Series 65 test within 30 days of employment).
  • Prior experience in wealth or financial planning, advising, or life and/or annuity sales.
  • Strong ability to identify and engage with High-Quality Prospects (HQP) with investable assets ranging from $500k to $12M+.
  • Self-motivated and driven to exceed sales targets and earn substantial income (W2 income potential of $250k - $1mm+ based on performance).
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including 2 - 4 evenings per week for seminars, mandatory Friday office meetings, and to accommodate client availability.
  • Your strengths lie in relationship-building; you're an adept communicator with professional enthusiasm and genuine compassion for every client you serve.
  • Strong public speaking skills, as you'll be leading seminars.
  • Embrace the value of a team environment, displaying respect, compromise, and attentiveness to teammates and prospective clients' needs.
  • Self-driven, punctual, organized, and structured in managing your day, allowing for effective evening seminar scheduling.
  • Outstanding organization and attention to detail, maintaining focus and efficiency at all times.
  • Exceptionally self-aware, with an innate ability to discern client needs and read the room effectively.
