Overview:

IAP Worldwide Services, Inc. is seeking dedicated Customer Service Representatives to provide exceptional support to our clientele. This role is essential in ensuring effective communication and assistance to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, in-person, and electronic communications.
  2. Document service requests in the Service Order Request Database (SORD) and alert the relevant personnel for prompt action.
  3. Utilize an automated call distribution system to efficiently manage incoming calls and reduce customer wait times.
  4. Organize meeting bookings using the Conference Room Scheduler, ensuring no conflicts arise.
  5. Issue and manage parking permits based on necessity and availability.
  6. Collaborate with Conference Room Support to fulfill room configuration requests accurately.
  7. Represent the organization professionally, greeting customers and addressing their inquiries with clarity.
  8. Track and report productivity metrics weekly as required.
  9. Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or GED.

Skills:

  • Strong communication abilities.
  • Basic proficiency in computer applications (MS Word, MS Excel, and Lotus Notes).

Preferred Experience:

  • At least one year of recent experience in a customer service environment.
  • Familiarity with intelligence community regulations and procedures.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to foster effective relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in both written and verbal formats.
  • Capability to manage personal workflow under tight deadlines.
  • Strong customer focus to understand and address client needs effectively.
  • Proficiency in keeping all stakeholders informed.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work hours as necessary.

Security Clearance:

Active Top Secret SCI Clearance with Polygraph required.

Work Schedule:

Standard working hours, Monday through Friday.
