Position Overview:
  • Oversee the journal's administrative operations and lead the manuscript processing team.
  • Act as a liaison between editorial and production departments to facilitate seamless workflows.
  • Evaluate journal performance metrics and conduct data analysis for informed strategic planning.
  • Formulate and manage editorial budgets, contracts, and various managerial responsibilities.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in communication, journalism, or a related discipline; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in scholarly publishing, including staff management experience.
  • Exceptional organizational, project management, and communication skills.
