Facility Manager and Program Coordinator

BronxWorks is looking for a skilled professional to fill the role of Facility Manager and Program Coordinator. In this position, you will be responsible for maintaining the day-to-day operations of our facilities, ensuring they are safe, clean, and well-maintained.
About Our Facilities: We have 37 locations throughout the borough, offering a variety of programs and services, including family support, educational services, elder care, homelessness prevention, mental health services, and workforce development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain facilities to ensure a safe and healthy environment
- Coordinate program activities and events
- Collaborate with staff members to achieve program goals
- Manage facility budgets and resources
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- A minimum of two years of experience in facility management or a related field
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Compensation:
A competitive salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
