Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst

At Soliant, we are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavior analysis and a passion for working with individuals with developmental disabilities.

Job Summary:

The BCBA will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing behavior intervention plans for individuals with autism spectrum disorders and other developmental disabilities. This role involves collaborating with families, caregivers, and other professionals to promote positive behavior changes and improve the overall quality of life for clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify behavioral concerns and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Design and implement evidence-based interventions to promote positive behavior change.
  • Monitor and analyze data on client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
  • Provide training and support to parents, caregivers, and staff on behavior management strategies and techniques.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including educators, therapists, and healthcare providers, to ensure coordinated care.
  • Document all assessment results, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Stay current with research and developments in the field of behavior analysis and apply best practices to client care.
  • Provide supervision and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other staff as needed.
  • Conduct regular meetings with families to review progress and discuss any concerns or adjustments to the treatment plan.
Qualifications:
  • Masters degree in applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly those with autism.
  • Strong knowledge of behavior analysis principles and intervention strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with families and teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience conducting functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and developing behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
  • Familiarity with data collection methods and behavior tracking software.
  • Ability to provide training and support to staff and families effectively.
