Job Title: Behavioral Health Technician

Soar Autism Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavioral Health Technician to join our team in Highlands Ranch, Colorado.

Job Summary

We are committed to providing high-quality care to children with autism and their families. As a Behavioral Health Technician, you will play a vital role in our mission-driven care model, working closely with our expert BCBAs to implement intervention plans and provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 2-6.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement ABA therapy plans, adhering to the profession's high standards and ensuring alignment with Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy principles
  • Foster relationships with families, consistently updating them on their child's progress within the ABA framework
  • Engage in ongoing training and development, keeping up-to-date with advancements in ABA therapy and RBT certification
Qualifications
  • Strong preference for either enrollment in or completion of a degree program. Bonus for degrees in Child Development, Psychology, or related fields
  • Ability to achieve and maintain RBT certification (Soar will provide paid training)
  • Previous experience with children and enjoyment working with children
  • Ability to work on a team
