We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Documentation Specialist to join our team in Tampa, FL, USA. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing medical writing support for multiple programs across various therapeutic areas, including neurology and oncology.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical writing, with a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in an industry setting. You will be working closely with cross-functional teams to develop high-quality clinical documents, including protocols, CSRs, and submission documents.

We offer a competitive salary range of $149,200-$195,800 per year, depending on experience level, education, knowledge, and skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-quality clinical documents, including protocols, CSRs, and submission documents
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Implement document quality controls, standards, and best practices
  • Liaise with other functional areas and groups to develop document standards and structure

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 8-10 years medical writing experience in an industry setting
  • Experience with therapeutic area(s) of focus
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated with ability to influence others
  • Ability to multitask on complex projects
  • Result-driven with mastery of time management and project planning
  • Advanced working knowledge of MS Project and MS Word
  • Experienced in the use of a documentum system
