Job Summary

The Executive Support Coordinator will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Office of the CEO, ensuring smooth workflow, fostering communication, and driving organizational initiatives. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the CEO, including drafting correspondence, preparing documents, managing emails, scheduling, and coordinating meetings.
Assist in planning and coordinating both internal and external meetings, including calendar management, material preparation, summarizing meeting deliverables, and ensuring follow-up on action items post-meeting.
Foster a collaborative and positive team culture by offering assistance to team members as needed.
Support various organizational projects and events, ensuring they are on track and deadlines are met.
Manage contact lists, partner databases, and ensure sponsorship records are updated regularly.

Requirements

Minimum one year of experience in an administrative and/or support role for an executive.
Highly motivated and self-driven individual.
Leads with the mission in mind and the values of Generation W.
Demonstrates strong proficiency with technology.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Excellent verbal/written communication skills, and highly effective interpersonal skills.
Experience coordinating travel and managing complex schedules.
Will take initiative, and drive team/organizational performance goals, while focusing on innovative solutions and facilitating continued growth.
Strong business acumen with the ability to monitor, compile, and analyze data to guide decision-making and capitalize on opportunities.
Ability to remain flexible and work within a collaborative and team-oriented environment.
Demonstrates proficiency in the use of CRM Systems and Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
