Position Overview

Generation W Inc, a nonprofit service organization, seeks an Executive Support Coordinator to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Office of the CEO. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth workflow, fostering communication, and driving organizational initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to the CEO, including drafting correspondence, preparing documents, managing emails, scheduling, and coordinating meetings. Additionally, they will assist in planning and coordinating internal and external meetings, foster a collaborative team culture, and support various organizational projects and events.

Requirements and Qualifications

The successful candidate will have a minimum of one year of experience in an administrative and/or support role for an executive. They must be highly motivated, self-driven, and lead with the mission in mind. Strong organizational and time management skills, excellent verbal/written communication skills, and proficiency in CRM Systems and Microsoft Office programs are essential.
