Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Leidos is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding our products and services
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience required
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) verbal and written skills required
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills required
