As a customer service representative, you will play a critical role in collecting data for our research studies, interacting with respondents, and ensuring the success of our projects.
Responsibilities:- Screen and interview respondents over the phone to collect survey data
- Administer surveys using a pre-written script
- Record survey answers verbatim
- Maintain neutral and objective communication with respondents
- Ability to speak and read Spanish fluently
- Knowledge of Windows and basic computer skills
- Ability to sit and use a telephone headset for up to four hours continuously
- Ability to talk on the phone within close proximity of others in a large and potentially loud call center
- At least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
- $20.43 per hour based on geographic location
