Bilingual Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team at TEKsystems. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients via inbound and outbound calls, as well as through the internet.
Key Responsibilities- Provide customer service support and resolution of routine problems and questions regarding client products and services in the travel industry.
- Work collaboratively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Utilize strong communication and problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards.
- 2+ years of customer service experience in the travel industry.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in multiple languages (English and Spanish required).
