  • Communicate temperature and/or product breakdowns to supervisor, taking prompt action to resolve issues and prevent delays.
  • Keep supply and work areas neat, clean, and tidy at all times, maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
  • Maintain proper grooming and uniform standards, presenting a professional image to our guests and colleagues.
  • Perform front-end duties to ensure no noticeable wait standard is maintained, providing a seamless shopping experience for our guests.
  • Announce specials and sale information on the PA system, keeping our guests informed and engaged.
  • Assist in product receiving and storage, ensuring accurate and efficient inventory management.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned by management, contributing to the overall success and growth of Lowes Foods.

Requirements:

  • Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work well with others, maintaining a positive and collaborative team environment.
  • Ability to lift 25 lbs. consistently and 50 lbs. occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Ability to read and understand information and direction, following company policies and procedures.
  • Effective communication, customer service, and selling skills, with a focus on providing exceptional guest experiences.
  • Must be at least 18 years old, with a high school diploma or equivalent.
