Job Summary

As a Senior Sales Manager at Marriott, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing strategic relationships with key customers. This role requires a proactive approach to soliciting business, identifying new opportunities, and upselling existing accounts to maximize revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align sales efforts with business objectives
  • Utilize market intelligence to stay ahead of competitors and drive sales
Requirements
  • 2-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, or related field
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and developing strategic relationships
