As a Business Support Specialist, you'll play a key role in engaging our Projects group business units to elicit, analyze, specify, validate, and meet their business needs. You'll apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help maximize the benefit of our technology investments.

This includes interviewing stakeholders and gathering user requirements to understand the solutions needed. You'll work closely with our Director of Project Support to ensure that our business units are aligned with our company's mission, vision, and values.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing business processes and procedures
  • Providing analytical and problem-solving support to business units
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to gather user requirements and develop solutions
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field
  • 3+ years of work experience in a business environment with exposure to project management and process development and execution
  • Experience with developing, testing, and implementing an ERP system or other business-based software
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel
