Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Manager to oversee all office operations at Recruit4Business. This role involves managing and coordinating office services, implementing effective internal controls, and building a top-notch customer service team. The ideal candidate will have 4 years of office management experience, 2 years of project management experience, and proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and QuickBooks. ServiceTitan experience is preferred, as is HVAC experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office operations, including supervising administrative staff and ensuring timely task completion.
  • Develop and maintain written procedures for the company.
  • Facilitate new hire orientation and paperwork for direct reports.
  • Handle accounts receivable for collections.
  • Provide daily and weekly reports to management as required.
  • Assist managers with vendor and customer correspondence.
  • Oversee job costing for installation projects.
  • Execute business tasks on behalf of the owner, including calls, expense reconciliation, travel arrangements, meeting scheduling, and project research.

Requirements:

  • 4 years office management experience
  • 2 years project management experience
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and QuickBooks
  • ServiceTitan experience preferred
  • HVAC experience preferred

What We Offer:

  • Competitive base pay of $70,000/year
  • Performance-based bonus plan adding potentially $30,000-$50,000 in yearly compensation
