Role Responsibilities:

The Culinary Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the functions associated with managing a single-site, stand-alone food service operation within a facility housing fewer than 1,000 individuals. This role entails full operational and financial oversight of the kitchen, including supervising an Assistant Culinary Operations Manager and/or a team of Food Service Supervisors and/or Cooks engaged in food preparation, serving, and cleanup in a secure environment. Additional responsibilities will be assigned based on business needs.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of five years of management or supervisory experience in a food service setting.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
  • ServSafe Certification.
  • Proficiency in managing and implementing kitchen sanitation and safety protocols.
  • Basic accounting knowledge and mathematical skills for report completion.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
