Position Overview:

  • We are in search of enthusiastic individuals with excellent communication abilities to join our team of educators and instruct Chemistry to middle and high school learners.
  • This is a temporary role with a review after six months for a potential regular part-time position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support students in their academic studies, preparation for standardized tests, and enrichment activities.
  • Create and tailor lesson plans to deliver focused assistance.
  • Maintain detailed progress reports and adjust to meet students' individual needs.
  • Encourage students to reach their academic objectives in a supportive educational atmosphere.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related field is required.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a genuine passion for teaching.
  • Prior experience in teaching or tutoring high school students is preferred.
  • Willingness to work some evenings and weekends.
