Key Responsibilities- Merchandise Management: Create a positive internal and external customer experience by ensuring merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded.
- Team Leadership: Train and mentor Associates on established merchandising and processing principles, and ensure they complete tasks and activities according to store plan.
- Customer Service: Engage and interact with all customers, and maintain a clean and organized store to promote a culture of honesty and integrity.
- Inventory Management: Organize and rotate back stock for easy replenishment, and ensure compliance with recycling and hazardous waste programs.
- Communication: Communicate accurately and effectively with management and Associates when setting and addressing priorities, and provide progress updates.
- Experience: 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
- Skills: Superior communication and organizational skills, capable of multi-tasking, and able to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
- Physical Demands: Able to lift heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.
We offer a competitive starting pay range of $14.00 to $14.50 per hour, and a comprehensive benefits package including Associate discount, EAP, smoking cessation, bereavement, 401(k) Associate contributions, and more.
