Position Overview: We’re on the hunt for a visionary Creative Director to lead our creative projects, from sponsorship activations and product launches to media events and more. If you're passionate about storytelling, innovation, and creating extraordinary experiences, this could be your dream job.


Key Responsibilities:

Concept Development and Strategy:

  • Lead the charge in developing fresh and innovative ideas.
  • Align creative vision with client goals to deliver standout solutions.

Team Leadership and Management:

  • Inspire and lead a team of talented designers, copywriters, and creatives.
  • Collaborate across teams, providing guidance and fostering a supportive and dynamic work environment.

Client Collaboration and Communication:

  • Pitch creative concepts to clients and build strong, lasting relationships.

Project Oversight and Execution:

  • Oversee the entire creative process, ensuring top-quality delivery that meets Apex’s high standards.

Quality Control:

  • Ensure all creative outputs are aligned with brand guidelines and client expectations.

Market Research and Trend Analysis:

  • Stay ahead of industry trends and use insights to keep our creative strategies cutting-edge.

Collaboration with External Partners:

  • Coordinate with external vendors to execute successful campaigns.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Creative Director in a creative or experiential marketing agency.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing innovative and impactful work.
  • Leadership experience with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with luxury brands and affluent markets is a plus.
