Advanced Placement Biology Educator

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Required Education
Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biology or a closely related Biological Science field.
Minimum Required Experience
4+ years of experience teaching Advanced Placement Biology at the high school level.
3+ years of experience in developing high-yield materials tailored for the AP Biology curriculum.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Comprehensive understanding of the AP Biology course and examination framework.
Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality AP Biology curriculum resources.
Capability to effectively communicate AP Biology concepts and UWorld's AP Biology products to high school students.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a proven track record of translating conceptual ideas into tangible outcomes.
Aptitude for quick adaptation and effective collaboration.
Capacity to provide, receive, and respond positively to feedback.
Solid organizational, prioritization, and self-motivation skills.
Proficient in MS Office and possess a working knowledge of information technology (IT).
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Reports to the Product Manager and is responsible for developing educational and curriculum materials for AP Biology products.
Content Production & Student Interaction
Independently creates AP Biology educational materials based on management directives and guidance.
Produces content that aligns with existing AP Biology curriculum standards.
Receives and effectively modifies content based on constructive feedback from the onsite Biology team and management.
Collaborates with management and team members to ensure project objectives are achieved within specified deadlines.
Develops marketing materials and engages in online forums and webinars to support marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing brand visibility.
